Very rough seas, heading back to Malta to arrive in time for Christmas (1951) after picking up the Highland Light Infantry at Tobruk at the end of  Suez tour of duty, which brings to mind the N.A.A.F.I. staff who were of Italian origin occupying the Rec space on camp beds, suffering somewhat from sea sickness and not clearing up themselves. It took the Royal Marine PTI to do it for them by using a high powered hose pipe. They and the mess also were cleaned up.
